Sending your work to us
You will need to approve the template (or provide us your own) for the output file. Your digital voice files can conveniently be uploaded via ftp transfer to our secure website. You can send your tapes, CD's or video files. cassettes etc. to us for conversion to digital format. We will walk you through this process.
Selection of Service details
When you are sending the voice files for transcription, you will choose your level of service including:
The number of speakers in a recording; less than three speakers would mean lower rates.
The turnaround time which you want. Our standard turnaround for legal transcription is 72 hours.
If you expect to use our service on a regular basis, you may opt for a term contract allowing prices can be locked in for stated period of time.
