Privacy & Security: All dictation by Fast Forward Services' Clients will be transcribed by trained personnel who have completed the necessary training and documentation to assure that the privacy of all dictation is upheld to the highest level of professionalism. The documentation is on file at Fast Forward Services' Medford, Oregon and includes signed confidentiality and privacy agreements. Fast Forward Services, LLC hereby states and affirms that it is HIPAA compliant and meets the highest standards for security in the transcription industry. Fast Forward Services' Clients can be assured that measures are in place to protect the security of the data communicated to/from Fast Forward Services, LLC. - Online access is SSL encrypted.

- Client information and report data stored at the secure Fast Forward Services database.
Clients are responsible for the security of their login information. Always remember to log out after your session ends to ensure that others cannot access your private personal information. Fast Forward Services, LLC will never disclose Client’s email addresses or telephone numbers without the Client’s permission. We will utilize a Client’s email addresses or telephone numbers solely for purposes of transmitting transcribed dictation and to provide information to Clients about Fast Forward Services' communication/project issues or special offerings. |
