"The North Dakota Department of Transportation has used Fast Forward Services for our transcription needs since June, 2009. The main transcription done for us is testimony of administrative hearings for suspension of driving privileges and workplace investigation interviews. There have also been meetings transcribed. We place the recordings on our secure FTP site and they (Fast Forward) place the final, quality checked transcription on the same site.
Our administrative hearings have court imposed deadlines and our investigative interviews are required quickly so the investigation can be concluded timely. Fast Forward recognizes the immediacy of those dates and has met them. We are very satisfied with their services.
